ZeniMax Media and its game publisher Bethesda Softworks take over by Microsoft

The cloud gaming service like Xbox gaming pass has more than 15 million subscribers and by acquiring Bethesda, Microsoft planned to set up 15 to 23 creative studio teams and also plans to include Bethesda franchisee to Xbox game pass. Microsoft also brings Bethesda’s future games into the Xbox game pass on the same day of launching. Games like Starfield and the new space epic right now are under development by Bethesda Game Studios.

In the last 10 days alone, we’ve released details on our two new consoles which go on pre-order tomorrow, launched cloud gaming in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and now we’re making another investment in the most critical part of our strategy: the games,” said Phil Spencer, executive vice president, Gaming at Microsoft. “Generations of gamers have been captivated by the renowned franchises in the Bethesda portfolio and will continue to be so for years to come as part of Xbox.”

This plan to take over of Microsoft includes publishing offices and development studios all over the world including 2300 employees, including Bethesda Softworks, Bethesda Game Studios, id Software, Portfolio and will continue as part of Xbox.”ZeniMax Online Studios, Arkane, MachineGames, Tango Gameworks, Alpha Dog, and Roundhouse Studios. The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, quake, DOOM, WOLFENSTEIN and Dishonored are the best-selling franchises of Bethesda among all other franchises.
